We all at times feel like we are carrying extra water bloat or junk in our system that needs to be taken care of asap. Detox drinks are amazing and serve many purposes for our mind, body, and of course soul! For me the best part of detox smoothies is you just throw everything in the blender and call it a day! Consume first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and then have your breakfast at least 30 minutes later! You can wait even longer if you wish and if your body allows it.
Ingredients
- 2 carrots
- 1 orange peeled
- ½ lemon peeled
- Quarter size ginger root peeled
- 1 grapefruit peeled
- ½ green apple
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1-2 cups of water

These are your main ingredients for your detox drink. Make sure you use the correct amount of each ingredient. I suggest you peel the orange and grapefruit because if you don't the detox might come out sour. I personally add ½ of the green apple as is but if you want to peel it you can do it as well. All you have to do is add your ingredients to your blender and mix.

And just like that you have your orange detox juice. It will make a good amount of juice so don't feel like it's too much. Sip on it or chug the choice is yours! Enjoy!
