- 4 ounces of goat cheese or cheese of choice (fat)

These are your main ingredients you will use for your recipe. If you don't like goat cheese you can substitute with any cheese of choice. Just stick with 4 ounces. You can also add different toppings if you wish. Personally I love how this dish taste with mushrooms.

Preheat oven to 440. You will add non-stick spray to your sheet, add your egg whites, and top with your ingredients. I love to season with garlic pepper seasoning because it tastes great with eggs. You will then bake for 25 minutes uncovered.
