Ingredients

1/2 box of any pasta

1 can drained black beans

1 can drained corn

chopped green onion bunch

2 jalapenos

1/2 purple onion

1 cup queso cotija

1/2-1 bottle Cotija Cilantro dressing or any mexican dressing of choice

Notes

Use any mexican salad dressing of choice. I used 1/2 bottle but if you find your mix too dry then use more

Instructions

Ok mi chula the way this is going to work is I am just going to upload all the steps in pictures because its self explanatory! The first thing you need to do is boil your pasta and drain that is it!. So lets get this picture show going.
