  1. 1 Mango
  2. 1 roma tomato
  3. 1 jalapeno
  4. ½-1 purple onion
  5. ½ cilantro bunch
  6. Salt to taste

Instructions

Here are the core ingredients to the recipe. As I mentioned on the ingredients you can use ½ of your purple onion or the entire thing. I personally love onion so I use the entire thing. Keep in mind you will peel the mango first and chop it into little pieces and then you add to your bowl.

You will chop all of your ingredients and add salt to taste. You will then mix all of your ingredients. What to add a zesty kick to it? Squeeze some lime juice and let your taste buds go crazy.
