I dedicate this recipe to all of the cheese lovers like myself. I love cheese so much and I hate the fact that its so bad for you. I mean the more cheese on anything the better right? Well this mac and cheese gives you the cheesiest explosion in your mouth. Of course this is not the healthiest dish but its fast, easy, and delicious. Ingredients

  1. 1 pound elbow macaroni 
  2. 5  cups of whole milk
  3. 1 can evaporated milk 
  4. 4 ounces of cream cheese
  5. 3 cups of mexican shredded cheese
  6. 3 cups of sharp cheddar cheese
  7. 1 cup of parmesan cheese
  8. salt/pepper (optional)

Instructions

Here are the main ingredients to this dish. Of course you can use any cheese you like! I used Mexican shredded cheese because I love this blend but you can replace it with any blend you like. This recipe is so easy it will blow your mind because there's only 2 steps to making it.  The first thing you want to do is set your crockpot on high.

You will then grab all of your ingredients (when your crockpot is hot) and add to your crockpot. You mix and stir making sure the noodles are completely covered with the ingredients, especially the milk. You then cover and cook for 2 hours on high. You want to make sure you stir halfway through so it doesn't stick to the bottom and this is when you can taste and see if it needs salt/pepper and you add.

And just like that you have your amazing cheesy mac and cheese. Like I said this is not the healthiest but it's so freakin delicious!!!!! Enjoy Poderosas.
