High Protein Breakfast

High Protein Breakfast

Ok who doesn't live for pancakes, eggs, and cheese for breakfast? I know I do and this recipe hits every sweet spot with its ingredients. Simple, straight to the point, and super cute I must add. I added the Mickey Mouse waffle maker to this mix because it just let me enjoy my breakfast that much more and of course my daughter also ate this up because they found it irresistible. Enjoy

  4. Water (for pancakes)

Notes

Instructions

As you can see this recipe follows the KISS rule. We are keeping it simple stupid and its oh so good. I used water for my Kodiac Cake mix but you are more than welcome to use the milk you like. If you don't like goat cheese you can sub out any cheese you like

First I cooked my 4 egg whites on the waffle maker. If you don't have a waffle maker you can use a pan you will be fine. You will just miss out eating Mickey Mouse ;)

Next you will make your pancake. You just mix your water/milk with your ½ cup serving and make your pancake.

And just like that you have your tasty fulfilling breakfast. Keep in mind if you want to make this on any other day that doesn't allow you to have fat for breakfast you can just opt out on it and add some veggies to your eggs. Enjoy
