Ingredients
- 2 avocados (fat)
- 4 serrano peppers
- 1 lime
- Salt to taste
Notes
I prefer to use the large Hass avocados so it doesn't come out too spicy. This makes the ratio of avocado larger than the serrano peppers.
Instructions

You will get your 4 serranos to toast on all sides until they are black. You will then peel the skin off and grind on your molcajete. Make sure you grind them very well until they become a paste.

Next you will add your 2 avocados and squeeze your lime juice. Squeezing lime juice to your guacachile will make it a very creamy consistency so don't skip that step. Last but not least you will add salt to taste
