We can never get enough greens in our lives and we don’t always consume the adequate amount of veggies or fruits on the daily. This is a great way to get your greens in while feeling refreshed and full. Consume for breakfast and sip on it throughout your morning until it’s time for your a.m snack. Enjoy :)
Ingredients
- 1 grapefruit juice.
- 1/2 orange juice.
- Handful of chopped nopal.
- Handful of fresh parsley.
- Handful of cucumber
- Handful of celery
- Handful of spinach
- Handful of kale
- 10 ounces of water
Notes
Remember you will only use the juice from grapefruit and Orange. Grapefruit can be Red or yellow and you can use any orange or 1 mandarin.
