Ingredients

  1. 1 grapefruit juice.
  2. 1/2 orange juice.
  3. Handful of chopped nopal.
  4. Handful of fresh parsley.
  5. Handful of cucumber
  6. Handful of celery
  7. Handful of spinach
  8. Handful of kale
  9. 10 ounces of water

Notes

Remember you will only use the juice from grapefruit and Orange. Grapefruit can be Red or yellow and you can use any orange or 1 mandarin.
