Add all the Poblanito Salsa you like to your meals, chips, snacks!

Ingredients

  1. 3 poblanos sliced
  2. 16 tomatillos cut in halves 
  3. 1 entire white onion cut in halves or quarter
  4. Olive oil
  5. Salt

Instructions

First things first, preheat the oven to 450. These are your main ingredients for your salsita. If you want to add a spicy kick to your salsita add 1 serrano or 2 jalapenos. You will get all of your ingredients, chop, slice, and add to your sheet. Once all of your ingredients are on your sheet you will drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes. I

As you can see this is how your ingredients will look after 20 minutes. If you want more of a smoky roasted taste, keep for an additional 5-10 minutes. 

You will then get all of your ingredients, add some salt to taste and blend. You do not add water to your blender to get that thick texture but if you want it more of the liquid consistency add 1-2 cups of water and blend.
