I would be lying if I said I don’t drench my food with salsa! I add salsa/Chile to pretty much anything starting from my eggs, chicken, and veggies… oh and even some fruit. This salsa is so tasty and easy to make. I know it looks spicy but it is not that spicy. I just has the perfect kick! This salsa saves my foods from ever being bland and the best part is that you can have as much as you like. Enjoy :)

Instructions
Here is an image of my main ingredients. As you can see I am grilling them on my comal on top of aluminum foil. You can also broil them in the oven until all sides are nice and crispy. To be honest with all of you want I did was I grilled them on the comal for about 10 minutes and then I transferred them over to broil for about 5. The key is for the skin of the veggies to be nice and burnt.
Once your veggies are done grilling, you will get your 3-5 garlic cloves and add to blender.
You will then add the veggies to your blender. What I like to do is chop them with a knife as I put them into the blender :)
Next add salt to taste and 1-2 cup of water. I added just about 2 no more than that because I want my salsa to be very chunky and not watery.
You will pulse until desired chunky size is achieved.
And here you have your delicious tasty salsa ladies y comadres!!! Enjoy :)
