Chile de Aceite Macha

Chile de Aceite Macha

So let's make this clear, this chile is not spicy and it's as addictive as F. I don't know why I am making this part of my recipes because you are going to have some major willpower to only use 2 tablespoons as your serving of fat. It's so delicious and it pairs well with literally anything. Please enjoy the entire process because the smell is one of a kind.

Instructions

This chile de aceite is so easy and tasty. As you can see based on this image it does not require much but the outcome is one of a kind. Your tastebuds will want more and more. I highly recommend you use avocado oil if you are not allergic to avocado. If you are allergic, use any other oil of choice but I love cooking and using avocado oil because it can cook at high temperatures without burning.

You will get a large sauce pan and fill up about ½ ways with avocado oil. You will then turn the heat up and make sure your oil is very hot when you add all the ingredientes. How will you know when the oil is ready? Get a seed from the chiles and add to your oil. If it starts to cook then your oil is ready. You will take off the stems from all your chiles and add to your oil WITH the seeds. You will also peel your garlic cloves and cut your onion into pieces and add as well. IF your ingredients are not fully covered with oil this is when you will add more oil to your pan. You will cook until your chiles get a nice toasted color ( 3 minutes give or take). You  DO NOT want to completely burn your chiles! After about 3 minutes of stirring and moving all your ingredients with caution, you will turn off and let cool. You will add to the blender and blend for at least 4 minutes. You want it to get a nice consistency.

And look at this chile de aceite macha. Beautiful and full of flavor. Enjoy Poderosas.
