I've been inspired since I tried the egg white bites at Starbucks. I'm not going to lie, they are so good and healthy! But you know its always healthier and cheaper to cook at home. These are my version of healthy roasted egg white bites. Enjoy Poderosa

3 egg white bites will count as your protein, veggies, and fat.

Ingredients

1-16oz egg white carton (protein)

Monterrey jack cheese (fat)

1 red bell pepper (veggie)

Onion (veggie)

Non-stick spray

Notes

You can use any color bell pepper and add all the extra veggies you like.

Instructions

Here are your main ingredients. You can use any cheese you like but to be honest Monterey Jack cheese pairs perfect with these ingredients
First add non stick spray to every muffin pocket. You will then first sprinkle cheese at the bottom (about 3 finger grab). You will then chop 1/3 of your purple onion and your bell pepper and add to each pocket. You can add as much as you like.
You will then add your entire 16oz of egg whites to the sheet.
You will then sprinkle to top with more cheese. Once again about a 3 finger grab to each muffin pocket is perfect. You will then bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
And jut like that Poderosa you have your delicious Cheesy Huevos Blancos.
