ALL THE ONIONS YOU LIKE TO YOUR MEALS/SNACKS! It doesn’t count as a veggie ;)
Ingredients
2 white onion
2 cups of hot water
1-2 cups of white vinegar
Oregano
Salt
2 lime juice

P.s. Imagine these on top of your baked chips with lime and sauce! Mouth watering!
Instructions

You will get your 2 white onion cut them into ring size and add them to a large bowl. You will then get your limes and add the juice to your bowl.
You will then add your 1-2 cups of white vinegar. Personally from experience I thought adding 1 cup was better than 2 cups. So I suggest 1 cup instead of 2.
Next add your 2 cups of hot water
Next add a large handful of oregano and 1 tablespoon of salt to your onions.
You will then mix, cover, and let chill in fridge for at least 1 hour.
