Carrot Detox

If you haven't made carrots your best friend yet I suggest you do because they are very beneficial to our bodies. Carrots are filled with antioxidants, fiber, potassium, and have been linked to help with eye health. Drink this carrot detox first thing in the morning on an empty tummy and feel all of the benefits carrots have to offer.

Ingredients

  1. 2 carrots
  2. 1 orange peeled
  3. Quarter size ginger peeled
  4. 1 pineapple right (½ inch thick) peeled
  5. ½ lemon (peeled)
  6. Desired water (at least 6 ounces)

Notes

Remember detox drinks aren't meant to replace breakfast. Consume at least 30 minutes before breakfast

Instructions

There are only some ingredients you will peel with your detox but I personally do not peel my carrots. With your carrot size pick small to medium sized. Do not get the biggest out of the bag :)  You will then get all of your ingredients and add to your blender and blend to the consistency you like. It will seem like a lot of detox but it makes one perfect serving.
