This meal/snack Poderosa is so simple, too good, and way too easy to make. You just cannot pass on it. The best part is that it takes less than 5 minutes to make. I mean who doesnt love to cook something that takes such little time but is filled with so much flavor!?

Ingredients

1 individual (1 cup plain greek) greek yogurt

1/2 banana

2 tablespoons chia seed

1 tablespoon jam of choice

Notes

You can have any flavor for your Greek yogurt, and if you want to let your chia seeds sit you can mix the yogurt and chia seeds overnight. If you use 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt you can sweeten it with sweeteners or 1 tablespoon honey/agave/maple.

Instructions

Here are your simple ingredients. I wish there was more to it but this is it. You can use any jam of choice. I personally love fig!

You just mix away and then eat away Podeorsa. Enjoy!
