Many of us struggle on how to make tasty veggies! Or lets be honest we struggle to eat our veggies to begin with! But this simple recipe will truly change your prep and meals. It only requires your veggies, seasoning, and non stick spray! Its a major game changer!

Keep in mind you can have all the veggies you like. I personally added a lot of onions and cauliflower to my plate. For my carbs (squash) I weighed 3 ounces of it (equivalent to 1/2 cup). If your meal required you to add protein or fat, make sure you add that as well.

  1. Veggies/carbs of choice
  2. Veggie Seasoning by McCormick
  3. Non-stick Spray

First I washed my veggies and carbs (squash), added non stick spray to baking sheets, and added A LOT of this seasoning. This seasoning seriously is a game changer and not too high on sodium! You are welcome ;)    You will preheat oven to 475 and bake until you have your desired “baked veggies” I baked mine for about 15 minutes ;)
