We all struggle at times to eat our veggies so do not feel like you are alone. Sometimes we stick to the same veggies and we find ourselves getting bored and that can discourage us to eat them. But with this recipe you will find yourself eating a lot more veggies than you usually do! Enjoy these crispy delicious Brussel sprouts
Ingredients
Bag of Brussel sprouts
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce of choice
Big squeeze of ginger paste

You can use any teriyaki sauce of choice. If you like spicy choose one that has a kick to it. You can also mince your own ginger but I am a person who loves to save time and this ginger paste is everything!
Instructions

Here are your main ingredient. Like I mentioned you can use any sauce you like and mince your own ginger.

You will wash and cut your Brussel sprouts in half. You will then get your 1/3 cup of teriyaki sauce and mix with a big squeeze of ginger paste. I love ginger so I did an extra long squeeze.

You will then add your Brussel sprouts to your air fryer and add your sauce. If you do not have an air fryer you can bake in the oven. You will then put at 370 and air fry for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes you will move your Brussel sprouts around and air fry/bake for the remaining 10 minutes.
