Adobo Marinade

I have made it my mission to always eat chicken and left over chicken that doesn't taste like chicken! I dont know about you but that taste doesn't sit well in my life. I mean pretty much we dont have time for that here on Project Poderosa. This adobo marinade is amazing, delicious, and so easy to make. Enjoy!

Instructions

Here are you main ingredients. The only thing I am missing here are your 2 cups of water. Simple, self explanatory, and friendly for all us Poderosas who are getting comfortable in the kitchen.

You will grab all your ingridients including your 2 cups of water and you add to your blender and you mix on high

The goal here Poderosa is for it to be blended very well. I personally blended it for 1 minute.

You will then get your chicken breast, cut out the little pieces of fat, fillet in the middle (not completely cutting them in half, add some salt on both sides of the chicken breast, and you add your entire mix. I used 4 chicken breast but if you like you can use up to 6 chicken breast. There will be enough sauce for 6.

You will then cover and let it sit (personally) for 24 hours in the fridge so your chicken breasts can soak up all the flavors of your adobo mix. Enjoy Poderosa!
